Cps - consumer Portfolio Services harrassment Irvine California

I would also like to be apart of the class action suit against if there is one. This is definitely one company that needs to be out of business. I wish i would have done my homework before getting a loan from them. This is absolutely the worst bank ever. The interest they charge is outrageous. My payments are due on the ninth of every month and i try to get that changed and they would not allow me. Secondly, the next day on the 10th is when the harassment begins. From the tenth on til i make the payment which isn't usually until the end of the month i get the phone calls with the threats. I am so stressed out behind this company it is driving me crazy.They need to be stop. Please contact me if there is any legal action taking against the nude and nasty people. they contact friends and family of mines telling them my business on whats going on with me and my financial state. I cant stand this company I'm here to warn everyone about them do not get a loan from them you will regret it.
