Contacted CR England about a instructor job posted on the Internet.Presently teaching for a big name school in New,Mexico and been on the job for 2 plus years as an instructor. Sent them my resume and needed contact info as instructed. Several weeks later got a email stating did not meet there qualification's. I have or 34 years in the trucking and automotive business. Driven every state except for four states. Hauled everything from explosives to paper and beer. I have worked for bigger name companies than CR and have a flawless record. My opinion of CR is if they can't screw the driver or make you a yes man they don't want you. I read plenty of horror stories about CR and JB Hunt along with many other companies that only want the money from schooling and government substities. Drivers beware this is only a drop in the bucket as far as rip off companies.Anyone with a brain would not want to sign on with the intentions of being forced into a truck lease that they control you income and miles. If you are truly looking for a driving job ,mom and pop companies are still the best route.CR England needs to change there hiring practices or eventually they may be by the wayside soon to come .
