CraftKitsand Supplies.com or Brandine Crafts Did not recieve order, suddenly cancelled do to sudden discontination of product Del Ray Florida

 Known as craftkitsandsupplies.com/ or brandine.com/ this company is running a scam. I ordered only  $13.00 worth of product, luckily,from this company. After three days I received no email as to my order, no shipping or tracking info. I logged into the sight and saw nothing but my original order. Their "live help" could not be reached and the icon said leave an email. I did and no answer. I logged in a day or so later, no change no "live help". Today I signed into my account and saw it was cancelled because the product was discontinued. I smelled a scam. I called the company and some man who sounded drunk simply said " your order is cancelled, the product was discontinued". I could hardly understand him. I called my bank fearing they had taken money but they have not so far.I am changing my account number and card info asap. I got online and an "agent" was there. He gave the same story. I realized "Joe" was initial agent I had talked to when I ordered who told me "we stand behind our products" . I asked why in the three days between my ordering and canceling my order did they manage to not only run out of the product and find it was discontinued. Did they not check their stock? I asked. The more I talked the more smart mouth Joe got. Suddenly there was no "agent" there I was talking to myself. Well I happen to have a second computer in my house so I used another name and email account and went to the site. Guess who popped up? Joe the one and only agent the company has. I informed Joe he'd better not have taken money from my account or he'd be sorry he did !! This company is a fraud !! Do not do business with them if you don't want to loose your money. Raising the scam alert anywhere I can. Buyer be warned!
