Creatine Marketing claims to be one of the best marketing firms Sacramento has to offer. On the surface, they offer web design and marketing services but internally they are a multilevel marketing scheme driven by their efforts in Visalus, Organo Gold, X-treme Biz, and Solavei. Flashback to 2010 a well-known and sizable company by the name of "US Loan Auditors" was brought to their knees when they were slapped with a $60 million lawsuit by the California Attorney General Jerry Brown, a class action lawsuit, and a lawsuit from Bank of America. The key players named in the lawsuit were Jeff Pulvino, Shane Barker, and James Sandison.
They claimed they could help troubled homeowners faced with foreclosure and the housing crisis, by going after the lending scam artists who provided them with bad loans. They claimed to be experts on predatory lending and preyed on desperate homeowners with little to no means of escaping foreclosure.
The same individual gentlemen named in the lawsuit Jeff Pulvino, Shane Barker, and James Sandison started another social media marketing company named Creatine Marketing located in 3840 Rosin Ct, Sacramento, CA. Their company is driven by profits from multi level marketing scams that each of the owners participate in.
Shane Barker, now a former chief Marketing Officer of Creatine Marketing now runs his own marketing company, Modera. Jennifer Mount, former Executive Assistant at US Loan Auditors now works as a co-founder of Creatine Marketing. Daniel Fleetwood, former Vice President of Sales at US Loan Auditors, now also operates as a co-founder of Creatine Marketing.
Now why is this relevant? Let me reference former US Loan Auditors accountant, Paula Sontra's legal affidavit from back in October, 2010:
I was also told by Pulvino that he, Barker, and Sandison are planning to start several
new companies, and that they are planning to hide any association between these new companies and their individual names because of their "bad credit history," and especially Sandison's name because of the bar issues," by which I assume he meant the disciplinary charges for embezzlement and other misconduct that the State Bar recently filed against Sandison.
I was told by Pulvino they would like to form these new companies quickly and that
they will be Nevada corporations. I was also told that they would prefer to establish each one as a separate entity because if legal issues arise with one or more of them, the others could be kept going. Pulvino told me that they may obtain a separate office space for each company, preferably different suites in the same building.
Sure enough, flash forward to 2013, Jeff Pulvino is a co-founder of Creatine Marketing, without any public acknowledgment on the website's team page, and Shane Barker and Jeff Pulvino are publicly listed as reputation management "clients". The company's business license is a Nevada business license under the name of Next Level Ideas, Inc and listed under Daniel Fleetwood, former Vice President of Sales at US Loan Auditors.
Creatine Marketing SocialCam Video
James Sandison, a now disbarred attorney, works in the "legal department" at Creatine Marketing. His name is also nowhere on the company's website. The company (as shown in the second video) are preparing to use two separate office spaces in the same building at 3840 Rosin Court. The man shown in the video Nicolas Fordham, runs MXSWeb.com and X-treme Biz, MXSWeb's affiliate marketing program.
Creatine Marketing is now housing members of Organo Gold, Visalus, and X-treme Biz, all affiliate marketing schemes with questionable business practices. Jeff Pulvino, Daniel Fleetwood, Robert Black, and Patrick A. Weller all operate parts of Organo Gold whilst working under Creatine Marketing. Interesting enough, Organo Gold had claims filed against them by the Federal Trade Commission for its false health claims. http://www.krgv.com/news/special-investigation-organo-gold-federal-investigations/
Creatine Marketing's domain name was set up in October 1st, 2010, around the same time the owners of US Loan Auditors were publicly handling their lawsuit and subsequent bankruptcy, so as Paula Sontra officially stated, Jeff Pulvino made the immediate move to establish Creatine Marketing after the downfall of US Loan Auditors:

Search TipsI believe the comments here are actually written by Robert's new lackey, Matt H. Cassell, formally of New Zealand and one of Creatine Marketing's many unlisted staff. You'll have to excuse his poor writing skills as he's only had the last 10 years or so to learn English, since in NZ they speak, oh wait... English. Really though, as much as I believe Jeff to be a con man, I believe that at least he's smart enough to form a cohorent, if not equally misrepresentative argument.
Matt, on the other hand, doesn't understand (as with many other things) that stealing millions of dollars earns many enemies and tends to blindly attribute anything possibly negative about his mentor, Mr. Black, to one of their ex employees. One would think though, blaming an employee is indicative. At best, it shows how shamefully this company handles its employees, at worst, someone with inside knowledge of the company has seen what those of us who saw USLA tactics already knew. Jeff Pulvino and his croonies certainly know how to sell exaggerated services, as anyone who connects the dots in their history can see.
Jeff: You are the one calling people idiots. And why should anyone be bitter, you did admit to your wrong doings at USLA? right? Last time I checked, you were found guilty, the Feds shut down the company. But you stayed in town and along with Fleetwood and Miss Mount and others started this new adventure. Now jeff, are you the owner or a client or both? Because on the Creatine website you are listed as a client.
Defining a scam: The State of California did.
#13? No it's not. Anyone can look it up.
Please don't play the God card here, anyone that does most likely is just using it for show. Is that why it's tweeted everytime you step inside a Church? Image problem? I would say so. But you fooled us once, not again. One would have to ask this man of God why he lined himself up with law breaking business men and women? That the best robert can do? is it all about making a dollar in life? is that what the Christian life teaches? One is Lower then a street dealer selling Organo Gold and it's not even in the top 25. Amway is #1. (((link redacted))) I doubt the honest and God fearing Mr Black Jr mentions the ingrediants in the instant coffee very often. How can Sodium Aluminum Silicate be good for you? Why would anyone use that over drinking fresh brewed coffee and then if you want to add chemicals or a Mushroom, do it later.
Does the coffee have a warning label? do you know the dangers of this Mushroom? The company will be shut down! Lawsuits are piling up.
Like I said before: the banks were not losing any money losing cases to us Loan auditors, where is the evidence you settled any cases?

The way you still try to link people to the company is ridiculous.
Defining a scam? do you know what a scam is?
Jim sandison and shane baker have no affiliation with Creatine Marketing. If Organo gold was junk why is it the most profitable MLM out there?
#13 in the world look at Topseo.com PLEASE.
Businesses who are in with it? stupid uneducated content writer please before you slander something you know nothing about. Do research. Robert Black is a Man of God and 7 children he works his ass off. You are a jealous ex intern who was burned and still dating a broke scorned bf who claimed he was a company trying to get people to invest. HAHA grow up ERI.
Jim Sandison is a part of Creatine Marketing. x-treme biz an MLM. And Robert Black runs it. Another innocent connection.
yes Robert Black is a member of Organo gold, a MLM company that sells junk product, instant coffee with a mushroom added. Buy real coffee, take the mushroom on the side. It's junk. I have more respect for the street dealer. They are more honest.
"If it was a scam, would companies not be with them still after 2 years? doesn't make sense". LOL Now you are defining a scam. Look at the clients, most of them are in with them.
"If Creatine Marketing was a scam, why are 4-5 businesses working with them providing services that customers can't get at whole sale, but can with Creatine Marketing?" Once again defining what qualifies as a scam. The bottom line is anything they touch is a scam.
"#13 best in the world social media marketing company?" who made that up? Are you sure it's not the universe?
Stop lying again Jeff. You fool nobody.

Jeff Pulvino's assets where stripped and taken and he was left with little money to his name. He didn't go to jail because he had people sign on the dotted line in regards to liability. (generalization) .
NOW to the TRUTH.
An ex intern, who left, tried to get other employees to convince them Creatine Marketing was a scam. Because of his past with US Loan auditors, The intern left saying she would never get hired because of Jeff, and suggested her other interns leave also. Well the other interns got paid for the internship and hired. She, feeling completely stupid started writing slander with her boyfriend to bring down Creatine Marketing. (bitter much?)
MORE TRUTH.
Jim Sandison is not a part of Creatine Marketing. He is, however, a part of x-treme biz an MLM. Being an MLM, there are no HQ's. X-treme biz is home based and does not work under the same roof as Creatine Marketing.
Dan Fleetwood and Jennifer Mount were partners with Jeff Pulvino and have moved to creating Creatine Marketing. Because they succeeded in marketing and software of US Loan auditors and driving it to the top with marketing alone, they decided hey, lets start a marketing company since we crushed it in the real estate market. AND out came Creatine Marketing.
Robert Black is a member of Organo gold and works on it separate from Creatine Marketing. Creatine Marketing is ranked #13 in the world for Social Media Marketing. If it was a scam, would companies not be with them still after 2 years? doesn't make sense.
Paula Sontra's affidavit? is not found and there is no link to it, but searching only links to blogs written by this blogger. MXS hosting, A WEB PAGE DESIGNING company merged with Creatine Marketing to become a full service marketing agency. Now merged with another company too, Creatine Marketing is one service with 4-5 extensions of business at whole sale prices. SEO, PPC, Web design is all whole sale and is under many roofs. If Creatine Marketing was a scam, why are 4-5 businesses working with them providing services that customers can't get at whole sale, but can with Creatine Marketing?
#13 best in the world social media marketing company? can't do that as a scam. Organo gold not a scam either and yes several people are members and use Organo gold to create extra income in their pockets. Visalus is not mentioned anywhere in the office. No one is a member.
The level of uneducated assumptions and make believe is what triggered me to write this.
