Yes when I am late on a payment these people call right away.  That's cool, I understand.  However, what I can't stand is that they call 10 times a day everyday...This amount of calls in 1 day should be illegal.  Again, yes I understand I owe them and I am late but this is BULLS**T.  From a legal standpoint, they are allowed to call between 8am & 9pm everyday.  Now, this could also be considered harassment according to the FTC.

use threats of violence or harm; publish a list of names of people who refuse to pay their debts (but they can give this information to the credit reporting companies); use obscene or profane language; or repeatedly use the phone to annoy someone."

Sounds like we would have to prove they were doing it to annoy us...good luck with that one.

I have my cel set up to automatically send ALL their numbers they call me from to voice mail, then I just delete them as soon as I hear them.

I make my payment EVERY month, just gets there a few days late...I'd rather get the calls from them then send my check early and get a possible NSF fee.
