The thing is, when I spoke with them on the phone with bill was $200-something. All the sudden now it's $400-something?! I don't know what made me decide to look up the address but I found RipOffReport and saw these claims about C.C.S and now I wonder...should I pay these people that I have a "debt" with or what?
