There is no explanation as to what it is they are saying I owe for, and when I google the company named, there is nothing. Also, most importantly, my last name is not even remotely close to the real thing, however, they had my address. I do not want to go to their web address; warningnotice.com, as I believe this will give them phishing advantage.
