Letters, calls and more have been addressed to these guys and they insist on calling. And their robot calls come in at 8:06 am 8:17 am, etc. etc.
How can these guys get away from with this type of collection attempt? I called the states motor vehicle department for clarification and they almost had to laugh at the absurdity of the whole thing.
