Credit First National - Firestone RIPOFF thieves overcharging harassment Cleveland Ohio

About a year ago, I took my car into Firestone here in Huntsville Al, more specifically, 2010 Bob Wallace Avenue 35805.

Well, as it turned out, I was told that I needed to have 4 new tires, and was led to believe that if I left without the new tires, I might not make it home, or to my regular used tire dealer. Since I had my young child in the car, I figured that I had better get the new tires then and there. They got me to sign up for the Firestone credit card, and put new tires on the car and sent me on my way. Pretty soon I got my first bill for less than $40. I paid it, and actually paid about $5 above the minimum because I know how these things work. Well, here it is over a year later, now my balance is over $500, when the original charges were less than $400, and I paid $5 over the minimum, on time or early, for over a year. I am now in collections and recieve nasty phone calls constantly from Credit First National. The numerous times I did attempt to solve this and agree on payment arrangements, I recieved no cooperation from any of the customer disservice people. Stay away from anything that says Credit First National!!!
