I signed up for this credit card offer because I am unemployed & uninsured and needed money to pay doctor and hospital bills.  They charge a $75/year fee for a card with a $300 credit limit, and also charge $9.95 to pay their bill online or over the phone.  I pay all my bills either online or over the phone and no other company charges a fee.  Had I not been desparate to pay my medical bills I would never have signed up for this card.

So What's The Surprise?

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

If you read all the paperwork BEFORE you signed up for the credit card, then you would have seen the fee schedule and if this was not agreeable to you, then you don't sign up for the card!  However, there's a deeper problem here.  You are never going to borrow your way to prosperity!  If you are unemployed, then you go out and beat on doors until you find a job...which may not be the glamorous job you always wanted.
