Credit One Bank First Bank Of Marin closed the account & then decided to ignor any letters to resolve this acct until 6yrs later when this it was about to be removed off credit report & now requesting more that what was owed! Las Vegas, Nevada

Credit One is a rip off & should be out of business.  I obtained this account over 6ys ago & this account was close less than 1yr after having this account but when I tried to work with them via certified letter about the collection agency they used, they never responded, several more attempts to resolve balance (less than $1000.00) still no response; now 6yrs later another agency has contacted me & wants more that what is owed on account not that do to be removed from credit report.  If I had ever know that this company was such a scam I would have NEVER done any business with them.  If anyone has considered doing business with Credit One ....run the other way it will hurt more than it will ever help! This company is a rip off scam professional & should be shut down!
