Credit One Bank WOW... this company transfers balances to credit cards that don't even belong to the named individuals! Las Vegas Nevada

Arrow financial services transferred balances from fraudulanty obtained credit cards to Credit One Bank cards. Not only were the transferred balances debts made by my EX WIFE....WELL AFTER the divorce..she continued her spending spree buying cars and other items using fraudulantly obtained credit cards. I have NEVER had credit with this bank nor have i EVER had possession of my own personal credit card. I'm hiring a lawyer and suing this company, as well as a few others..Calvary Portfolio Services,Fiirst Premier Bank and NCO Medclear( a medical collections for emergency rooms....funny..i don't remember going to an emergency room) as well as Professional Credit Services...all for services i DID NOT receive( i have health insurance anyway..always have!)

I think it's pretty clear that the problem is with your ex-wife and not the credit card company ~ especially since you clearly said she did this after the divorce. This is what they call identity theft. I hope your lawyer has advised you to call the police and file a police report against your ex-wife? Don't blame a third party for what your ex-wife did.
