When asked to speak to a supervisor they put me on hold so I waited. The man came on and said his supervisor is in a meeting that I would have to wait.So I waited again the the man came on and said that his supervisor is still busy. So I told him that I will wait until his supervisor can speak to me. Alady came on and told me that They charge everyone that and she can't lower it. She also told me that she could not help me.
So I have not ever been able to get a straight answer from them ever. I called previously and a man told me a number to call to reach his supervisor. I called and it was the same man. I called him by his name from the previous number. He admitted that it was him!!!!
Please People DO NOT USE CREDIT ONE BANK!!!
I am a disabled Nurse trying to get by and they do me any old way they want and they are getting by with it!!!!!!!

There's your straight answer.
Why did you agree to the finance terms and then use the credit card if you were not satisfied with those terms?
