Credit One Bank False Charges, Outrageous Charges Las Vegas, Nevada

My February 2011 statement for this Credit Card company states Minimum Payment Due $25.00, no Past Due, Over Limit, etc. I was offered a credit line increase by a male voice, which did not state that I would be charged $30.00 for this. This charge is still on my credit card.

I told them that due to numerous false charges by companies named SEM*FunSource and SEM* Value Plus of $24.95 that I wanted those charges removed, as well as the $30.00 charge for the credit line increase, and a $25.00 charge for new cards (in hopes that the false charges would stop), and that I wanted the card closed.

During February, I paid them not the Minimum Due, but two times $50.00, the first on 1/3/2011 and the second on 2/1/2011.

The March statement did refund the $25.00 for new cards, since I had cut them in half and returned them by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, and also refunded the SEM*FunSource and SEM*Value Plus fees, for which I had never recieved any offers, coupons, etc. However, the fee for the credit line increase was still there, and I was charged a $25.00 Late Payment Fee, despite the fact that in Feb. I had paid them six times the Minimum Payment, and that the second payment of $50.00 was made on 2/1/2011, and really should have been included in the March Statement, which ended on 3/2/2011.

I made a police report of all this, and was told and shown another person's statement to the same effect.
