Due to the recent hit of Hurricane Sandy, we were unable to get our payment in on time.  We have been subjected to harassing phone calls daily in the regards of a $61.00 payment.  I have spoke with various representatives and had given them our personal checking account in order to collect their payment.  3 weeks later they STILL have yet to collect?  What is going on?  I am actually following up with THEM everyday to see why the incompetence?  I'm either met with someone who is virtually inaudible or I've been hung up on several different times!  I've never heard of a company NOT wanting to get their cash.
 
Furthermore, while on the automated system, it tells me my payment HAS indeed been received, but as far as my bank statement shows, there has been no money taken from that account. Meanwhile, their automated telling me if you make a payment over the phone or online and even on their bills/statement it says it takes 24 hrs to process the payment, yet once again 3 weeks to collect a payment. I'm now on hold on a conference call with Credit One Bank and ny bank to see what the problem is.  Turns out Credit one, upon each phone call asks for ank name, Checking Acct number but no routing number. And with each attempt they fail due to the wrong routing number.  Yet no one from Credit One calls me on that.  I AM THE ONE who has to call.  EVERYDAY!

  These people are idiots.  Down right incompetent!  When you speak to a so called Supervisor, they tell you all has been taken care of and it's not.  I love this website here.  But I notice there are over 100 complaints against this particular credit card.  I understand you are connected with the BBB. which sucks btw. My question to ripoffreport.com, now that we have all taken the time to fill out these reports....What is Ripoffreport.com gonna do for all of us?  Does any important institution really see these?  And how about a follow up from you..Ripoffreport.com. Letting us know how you are helping us?  Or if someone is at least looking into this and what is Credit One's consequences?

I am appreciative to have this outlet to use.  Which I have used in the past, but again I feel as in filing these reports, it's still like the BBB.  You file a report and NOTHING gets accomplished other than sharing a rant session with others!
