Beware of Credit Sesame and their numerous scams againt the consumers who use their site for a free credit score. They inflate your credit score so you will apply for credit from their advertisers. They have a long list of reasons you are likely to be approved. They use the Experian logo at the bottom of their site so you think they will pull from that credit agency. When you do apply for credit through one of their advertisers such as Amazon, they pull credit on Trans Union not Experian as stated on Credit Sesame. I called them and said your site is a scam and told them why. I went back to the site only to find my score down another 100 points and I was locked out of the account.
So I was dinged two ponts on my credit report because I believed them that they had an accurate credit score, when in fact it was inflated so I would apply for credit through one of their advertisers. [continued below]....
Scam, fraud, misleading advertising to the comsumers.
