I entered into an agreement with CSA in June 2006, and thought I was making such a great accomplishment in paying down my debt. WHAT a mistake. I have been sued, judgement is now on my credit report. Taken to small claims court. Creditors calling and harassing me all the time.

I constantly called CSA for help, was told to leave voice mails and someone would get back to me. Just yesterday was on the phone with them for 48 minutes being transfered around to different departments. I finally cancelled my agreement with them, and asked for a refund. They said NO. They can answer that one quickly.

Please do not use this company. They are deceptive and only after your money. I ended up paying thousands more that I would have had I gone another route. Does anyone on here no how I can contact the State attorney general for Texas and the BBB. I want a particia refund. They did settle three accounts for me and I do owe them something. However I do not owe them the $5000.00 I have paid them. Any advice would be appreciated.

Attorney General / Partial Refund

AUTHOR: Maryann - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 13, 2007

I, too, have a report filed on this company. When I realized the mistake I had made, I cancelled my contract. Then, I sent a very detailed email to the Better
Business Bureau explaining my complaint. Use all the FACTS you can remember, including any bank charges, etc. Within a couple of days, Credit Solutions called me with an offer of a settlement. The offer was 60% of what I had paid them. I was in such a bind that I accepted. When I accepted the offer, which was for $800.00, I had not calculated 60%, which would have been more like $1,200.00. At any rate, the money was in my account the next day. Unfortunately, you will have to sign a waiver promising not to sue them for any more money. (I almost wish I had not signed).

I then found this site, and made a report. I then contacted the Attorney General of Texas. If you just type that into your browser you can find a place to report a company. I then made a report to the Federal Trade Commission. Just type that into the browser, and you will find a place to file a complaint.

A good friend of mine was taken for much more, and she is about to contact the media. MSNBC did a piece on this company. Maybe we should all contact them. Maybe even Oprah?

Hope this helps.
