Credit Solutions Of America Ripoff, Dishonest Addison Texas
I contacted Credt Solutions of America due to the fact I am overwhelmed by credit card debt. After the new bankruptsy law went into effect my interest rates and payments went through the roof! Credit Solutions of America made everything seem simple, I was told they are a member of the Better Business Bureau, that was a lie, more like they have hundreds of complaints filed against them, check them out, you will see them.
I was told my debt would be cut down to a specific amount, that was a lie, they hold your money and charge you a giant fee, and in the mean time interest and fees acrue, and that raises you payout balance!
Credit Solutions of America also stated they send all your creditors information that they are representing you, in order to stop harrassing phone calls, that was a lie, I have spoken to several creditors and informed them I am working with credit solutions, and they said they have never been contacted by Credit Solutions, and I need to send them something stating such.
Credit Solutions tells you never to speek with the creditors, due to the fact they do not want you to be aware of their dealing, they want to keep you like a mushroom, feed you crap and leave you in the dark!! I have made several calls and left messages with them and they have continued to take money from my account and not returned one phone call.
I am closing the account and I have already filed the with the BBB, and next step is with the Addison DA's office. PS. I'm also contacting an Attorney to litigate against this company, they have caused me more debt and grief!
