Credit Solutions Of America Fraud, Deceptive Trade Practices, Gross Negligence, Bad Faith! Addison Texas

Credit Solutions says they will call you every month to check on your progress, this does not happen. Credit Soultions says they will call your creditors every month to let them know that you are in the program and that you are saving for a settlement. They do not do this.

Credit Solutions' sales department says they guarantee a 40% settlement of the orginal amount enrolled; Credit Solutions' settlement department makes no such guarantee, Jacovy Burns in the settlement department told me that Credit Solutions is not responsible for what one person in the sales department says to a customer. (psst, they are, it's called fraud when a salesman misrepresents the product inorder to get you to part with money or other valuable consideration).
Credit Solutions' customer care "professionals" give you false phone numbers. Credit Solutions' "professionals" lie to you to keep you in the program.

One such "professional," Antione Cain, told me that I could be sure to be sued after unenrolling from the program, that I was under an "umbrella of protection" while enrolled in the program. HA!

Another professional, Dennis, in an attempt to manipulate me into staying with the program told me that the settlement department had arranged a settlement with one of my creditors and that was 50% of the original debt in four easy payments and that I could be sure not to get a settlement offer like that again, it's a once in a lifetime opportunity. LIES.

the reality of that was that Credit Solutions was only able to get me a 90% settlement on that particular account and with the fee I paid them, I ended up paying $100 more than the original debt. would you pay someone $100 to defile your credit score and your future ability to borrow money? I wish I hadn't.

Bottom line, do not get involved with this company. They do not help you they only make it worse. And, you can do it yourself, you're actually better off doing it yourself, credit card companies would rather deal with you.

File a BBB complaint on them ,they never follow up, they are unprofessional and don't care about their clients. I am an ex employee, they are overwhelmed with clients they will never service because lack of manpower due to a high turnover rate. To be honest ask for a full refund. The company will fold.
