I did not realize what a rip off this company is.
I worked at Credit Solutions for about 3 months and quit. They are not honest with their customers or their employees. I could not handle lying to the customers any more. Working in the "legal" department" (which is a laugh in itself) called the Support Services department, these idiots have zero knowledge of anything legal. They have a 2 hour crash course in how to lie to the clients. I have a litigation/bankruptcy background but did not tell these morons that. When I tried to tell my "manager" and "assistant manager" the legality of what was being done I was told by "ms. loud mouth manager" to shut up. We have clients crying and upset about being sued and having their wages garnished, property with liens on them, etc.
Sales tells the clients they will never be sued. It is up to the different departments to clean up their crap. My mother called the sales department because she was in deep debt. The sales person RThompson pretty much tried to bully her into signing up for the program. She told me that he said that "creditors will use scare tactics and you will never be sued". She questioned this and RT told her "do you have a spouse? Maybe I should speak to him to explain the program". This was an insult to my mother as she is a widow. RT called her at least 14 times in 1 week to try to talk her in the program. When she said that she was going to file bankruptcy instead (this is the advise of a bankruptcy attorney) he got very angry and slammed the phone down. I know they work on commission, but the company and the "debt consultants" are making money on the down-fallen individuals in this country.

I was treated with total disrespect by "Ms, Loudmouth Manager". Why she is in management is beyond reason and reality. "Ms. Manager" of the support services department treats people with disrespect, yells at them, calls them stupid, etc.(Ms. Manager is the manager of support services and major accounts group). Then she did something totally illegal that I have reported not only to the Attorney General of the State of Texas, but to the Labor Board and the Texas Workforce Commission. THE COMPANY DELETES YOUR HARD WORKING OVERTIME! Yes, I got screwed because "upper management is watching their money (yea right) and any overtime that was not pre-approved was deleted. Highly Illegal and Highly Immoral. When I called and spoke to our payroll director, nothing was done and no I did not get paid for my overtime. Hence, I sure went to the TWC, Labor Board and the Attorney General and filed a complaint.
And that is not all....
The company who "watches" their money sure throws it away by having elaborate "galas" ,"rallys", the owner has a chauffeured driven limo at his beck and call, free lunches, etc. Watch their money fly out the door is all they do. Again, making money and a huge profit on the down fallen.
How is it that management can get away with sleeping around with their advisors? What is a joke in itself, upper management knows about it and does absolutely nothing. I will not name names because it is not ethical, but you know who you are. Ms. Loud Mouth Manager everyone has seen the video. I saw it the 2nd day I started working there. I have seen the pictures. And you still have a job why? Yes and there is LC the wonder a*s Manager, yes a*s Manager. He pursued me until I told him to stop that I was married. Yes LC I will go along way sleeping with you to further my career. I guess sucking your di** will get me promoted? Highly unlikely. Why this company hasn't been shut down on this alone is a wonder in itself. Again, upper management looks the other way because people are "favored". Hardworking people get screwed, and the people who do not work hard get away with everything.
Now I have had my say. I have been wanting to put this on the website for so long, but was not sure if it would do any good. Probably won't but it is worth a try.
If you work at Credit Solutions get out fast, if you are wanting to be a client, don't because the AG of the State of Texas, NY, Florida, California, Ohio and
a slew of other states are going to put them out of business. (insider information because I work in an attorney's office)
Clients, save your money, talk to your creditors, work out an arrangement. Don't run scared. If you only have open communication they will work with you! Trust me!
