Credit Tek Financial Systems of America Lead Finders Credit Restoration Cordova, Tennessee

I know this may be confusing to people who are reading this but I was made to make the statement that I was paid by another company to lie on Credit Tek Financial and Curtis Morris.  The truth is that yes I have done business with Credit Tek and Curtis Morris like I said once before I paid him $800.00 to restore my credit and he did not do so.  He claims that I have a copy of the updated credit report and I do not.  I only have updated credit reports of what I did to my credit myself.  I have been told by a local news reporter by the name of Andy Wise that no one can restore your credit only you can.  I now understand that you can dispute items on your credit report yourself, but it is no guarantee that it will be deleted or updated.  I also know now that you must show documentation for certain items in order to get them removed or updated.  I do sincerely apologize for this confusion and lie I was at Curtis Morris house on Friday and was made to write a lie about me being paid by another company to lie and destroy Credit Tek and Curtis Morris reputation.  Why would I try to destory his reputation when I am trying to get my credit back on track.  Also the correct mailing address for Curtis Morris is xx McCleskey Cove Cordova TN 38018.    

I have never done any business with Credit Tek or Mr. Curtis Morris. I was being paid by another company who is in the same business as Credit Tek.  They offered me $1000 for me to lie on Credit Tek and Curtis Morris which is a person I have never met.  

Look Ms. Kazia Rubben those are fake documents that you made not receipts. You have gone to our website and forged our logo which is copy written and for doing so we shall file a law suit against you. Making fake document is illegal in all 50 states and it constitutes fraud. You have even gone so far as to forge documents from a law firm that you made yourself again a receipt is a canceled check. You have not proven you have paid us anything. You are working for our competitors. If you have a valid receipt why haven't you filed a law suit against our company like we are about to do to you? Why didn't you produce proof of payment from the start of your fake complaint? Anyone can steal our logo from our website and copy and paste it to fake documents. Furthermore, if you had an attorney then there would have been no need to come to this website? Ms Kazia Ruben Mr. Curtis Morris or any of our other Reps have never done business with our company your claims are false and your documents are forged. We called the law firm on the forged documents and they said they never heard of you. I we challenge all those who read this complaint to call the law firm and check if you have a case with them. They will find out that they never heard of you.

Yes, here is my receipt from Credit Tek Financial Systems of America since Curtis Morris claims that I have never been a customer of theirs.  I also want to inform you that I have found a Credit Tek in Minnesota and the owner states that he has no affiliation with Credit Tek Financial Systems of America here in Memphis TN.  

I also informed him that it is possible that Curtis Morris is operating under his company name he said that he would have it investigated.  So it looks like the rocks are all going to come tumbling down on you Curtis Morris. 

    Here is the attached documents that show that I paid Credit Tek Financial Systems of America and Curtis Morris to restore my credit in February 13, 2011.  I also have attached a copy of the letters that were sent on my behalf to dispute this matter amibicly, but he has chosen not to respond at all.  It's really funny how he can response to my report that has been listed on this site, but cannot resolve this dispute at all.  
    
    I will never forget the way I have been treated by you Curtis Morris.  I have also checked with the business tax office and they said there is no listing for Credit Tek Financial Systems of America in the state of Tennessee.  The only thing that is listed is Lead Finders which the license has been inactive since 2007 this office was located on Elvis Presely in Memphis TN.  I have also never been arrested nor charges which such crimes as chech fraud and defrauding another credit restoration company and yes I do know that arrests records, prison records are available to the public I am very aware of that.  Stop playing games and confess that you are a crook!!!

Ms, YOU are a scam artist who is just trying to get money out of our company. You have never given us a dime. If you have a receipt for an application fee then produce it here, show the public your receipt. Our investigation revealed that we are not the first Credit Repair/loan company that you have done this to. A further investigation proves you have a criminal record with charges dating back to 1990, where you where charged with "assault, check fraud, and identity theft!" You may be unaware that your criminal record is public knowledge. You complain that we charged you for a service that you could do yourself but anyone can perform just about any service their self but the quality would be poor and would certainly have a negative out come. We are professionals at what we do and we have experience in this business and with dealing with the credit bureau and that's why we charge; furthermore, not to mention the mountain of paper work that is involved Ms. For example, attorneys charge for their knowledge and experience as they should and as he do we. We have the legal right as well as attorneys also do to charge anyone for our credit repair knowledge but have not to this date done ANY business what so ever with you. You can go on every website in America and we will never give you any money for a service you did not pay for. Now if you have a legal claim then you are very welcome to sue us in court. If I had given a company any money for a service that they did not perform that's what I would do; but you haven't because you know you have never done business with our company. You are using sites like this one to extort money from companies like us. In fact our investigation reveals you have done this to 5 other companies but you will never get a dime from our company.   

 I have proof that I have done business with your company it is really a sham that you cannot admit to the wrong that you have done.  I have a recepit that you gave me on Feburary 13, 2011 that states that I paid you $800.00 to restore my credit and $49 for the application fee.  I still don't understand to this day why I had to an application fee because I could have pulled my own credit report for free, but it was too late did not find that out until after I hired your company Credit Tek Financial Sysems of America.  By the way who owns Credit Tek if you do not own Credit Tek who is your business.  I'm very sure I will not get that answer at all.

 Ms. Kazia is not and has never been a customer of Credit Tek Systems. She called us and asked if we would repair her credit and asked us about our fees. We told her the average price, but we also told her that price was subjected to change depending on her credit reports condition. Her credit report was one of the worst we had ever seen here at Credit Tek, so she was quoted a little higher price but not much. She said if she couldnt get the first price reguarless of how bad her credit report was it was a rip off and "she could do it herself!" I said yes you could but I am sure you could never get the results our attorney get. She has never done any business with our company and we here at Credit Tek challenge her to produce proof that she paid us anything. Ms. Kazia is the strangest customer we have ever met. I am a Senior Representative with our company not the owner. Credt tek has a lot of Reps across the nation and all are Independent Representatives. This is just a false claim by a woman who thought she could have it her way and control what we charge for our services.
