Credit Xperts BLACK & ASSOCIATES LLC Money hungry fradulent company - Beware Internet

Payment was not accepted to my business bank account. It was sent to my personal/business paypal account which i use for ebay and to pay commissions out of. Friend asked me what my paypal address was so i gave it to them. Just like i stated before..they did not use my services i offer, i did them a favor with taxes since i helped my boyfriend with his and thats all. People should not post false information about companies when they arent even a client nor used the services of the company!

My company is 100% referrals, never had a complaint or negative feedback, and never had to refund a dime to a client cause all i have are happy clients and am successful with every file i touch. I did not refund money they offered to give me to prepare there taxes because the posters wife stated to me she didnt want her money back..just her tax documents which i did return. And i did indeed complete there taxes but after numerous and many contacts for ex friend to provide me certain documentation needed in order to file they never provided even though i still put many hours in preparing return. 

*** As of October 2, 2012, Marisa Black from Credit Xperts has cooperated and returned my financial documents (personal and business taxes) back to me.

I feel that this issue has been resolved accordingly with the return of these documents and no further action is needed at this time.

I think one important factor to any transaction is properly returning what is owned when something is not completed and that is what people want to see.

Credit Xperts states they do not offer tax services - I can only recommend that the company not accept payment of these types of services to their business account.

I do not know how their company is with credit repair since I have not used them for that service so therefore I will not condemn them for the credit repair services they offer. ***

You see, they are so fake they had to create a fake name and give themselves a positive review because there clients would go on a site like this to post something positive..what a joke. This woman does know how to praise herself (as brad). I think people know this tactic and expect you to do something like that. I want to add to my previous statement yesterday as well. I was never friends with these people, we met over a business proposition to do my taxes both business and personal returns. She advised "I know how crunch numbers to get you more money back than what your accountant got you" so we let her ammend them. The picture sitting on her couch was an invite to a Super Bowl party last year. She invited us over since my wife became friends with her and her boyfriend. The bottom line is - I paid her 300.00 for doing the taxes and I pay pal'd her from my business account to her business account. Month by month went by and every time we would ask her, hello what is going on..instead of being truthful she claimed she was waiting for a software update for her boot leg turbo tax program. She gave me a date when the update was going to happen, odd that didn't happen. Than she says a business deal fell through, she couldn't pay her bills and got evicted out of her home which she had to move herself and her company into her boyfriends duplex. We continued to ask where are the completed documents? She still made an exuse about some update...so I decided to look up what kind of update she was speaking about and found no such thing. I was able to locate the PDF forms online and told her about it. She never responded back. I basically said at this point I want my money back - you didn't complete my returns she said I don't have money and that's when she rambled about her financial issues. Time went by I asked her again please complete my returns I don't want my money if i can get my completed returns. Now is where she began to ignore me and not respond. She was later seen going out to dinners and on road trip vacations etc. Really? It became a point where she wouldnt return my money and than wouldn't give me my documents back. She never made one attempt to pay me back. Now members of the public I know I won't get my money or any of my documents back - I've accepted that and I'm doing this so everyone out there knows just be cautious. Someone running a company especially pertaining to sensative data having financial troubles can be dangerous. Again this was a business transaction only and I have the receipt still of me transferring money for these services to "Black & Associates"

I have no knowledge of the current report but I do have experience dealing with Marissa at credit experts.  I received a "monthly deal" at a discounted price (I believe $50 off?) and jumped on it.  Marissa was recommended by a friend as being very successful at credit repair.  Within a month or two my credit score began to climb due to multiple items being deleted from my report.  Once we received the updates from the major credit score companies, Marissa quickly reworked the file and recontested the items that should have been removed.  This happened I believe 3 times.  In the end, we were very succesful and cleaning up my credit and to this day Marissa continues to help.  When I met Marissa, I did not qualify to refinance my home as my credit score was too low.  3 weeks ago I'm happy to say I just closed on my refi and I've been receiving a lot of credit card offers in the mail.  

I would recommend Credit Xperts and Marissa to any of my friends or acquaintances for credit repair.

I have found Marissa to be very personable, prompt and very accessible.  I have her phone number, facebook page and email and she responds to them all.

So she shows you "an image" from turbo tax and a picture sitting in her living room wow. Bottom line ladies and gentlemen the money paid wasn't a gift and she never filed any documents like she was paid to do. I'm sure you people out there know the truth - she is childish just like in her rebuttal here "my boyfriend this" bottom line, keep the money because I flagged you with the IRS and members of the public, if you want credit fraud as a service than by all means give her all your personal documents and social. Her medical problems is the reason she cant pay us back - thats why she moved her credit repair business into her boyfriends house because she lost everything.I have emails to prove all of this if anyone would like a copy please feel free to contact me. Here is a picture of them sitting on my couch..They are now ex friends of ours...People have nothing better to do then go after someones company especially when they needed my accounting knowledge with taxes as i helped them with. Other picture is the 2011 taxes i completed for them. With my company i never advertised nor offered or processed tax services for anyone!! I did this as a favor to them only!!

First off..this report is fraudulent! Christine & Robert Brownstien never used my credit repair services. I did a favor for them on the side as a friend who needed help with their taxes. I do not offer tax services, nor do i do this for anyone and charge. They were friends of mine and my boyfriends. They needed there taxes amended as they were owed more money back. Since i helped my boyfriend do his taxes as i have experience with accounting and deductions he let them know i was able to help. I never asked them to pay me. They offered to pay me $300 to do this for them and they paypal'd my account with the funds after this was done and processed. . I did process there tax return and then requested information from them that was missing from return that was needed in order to complete the amendment. After numerous text messsages and responses they still did not get me the irs forms requested. They then wanted their money back when i didnt mail out paperwork due to to their delays. They then told me they would get me whatever i needed to get this mailed and that they did not want their money back just filing done. Many times i texted and called letting them know i have the complete return done which they need to mail. They needed their original documents that they have given me to process everything for a personal situation. Since i moved and put all my paperwork in storage after the fact i was not able to access immediately and told them to contact the accountant who originally did their return and get a copy or they could contact the irs for a copy meanwhile till i accessed my storage. This is a personal petty issue and not towards my company!!! They wanted their money back as they had financial problems due to fertility problems and now because they were low on income they wanted their money back even though they told me dont worry about the money. I even offered to pay it back and attempts were then ignored. They then went around my boyfriends work bad mouthing me to people i dont even knowand starting issues all because they delayed the situation getting their return filed and paperwork was complete.

Credit Xperts/Black & Associates has never had any complaints with current or prev clients. Any issues were always resolved and we never had to return a payment, never received a charge back, and if anything my company receives referrals on a daily basis. We have no negative feedback with the BBB or any other agencies.

This is slander by a friend for their own negligence!
