I was trying to close this account online and there is no way to also no number they're all automated.my bank give me their number which was differnt from what they got listed so i called to close account talked to a lady and said i wouldnt get charged no finance fee it would be closed for good,i checked the account and they were trying to charge me a finance fee so i called them back and talked to a guy there he said he would take the fee charge off and wont be chared anymore.gonna have to monitor the account.
