Creditors Solutions Drops the ball, ripoff, dishonest,up the creek with out the paddles! Addison Texas

On behalf of my parents who were scammed in thinking that this could help them.

After 2,750.00 into a debt settlement plan, we had saved enough money for the first settlement. No contact was made with creditors, and we were subjected to telephone shuffle without even reaching a settlement after 3 weeks of calling daily. We were always told someone would call you back in 24-48 hours. No once did we contact the same individual.

When finally talking to a "supervisor" who said she was sorry they had "dropped the ball" and would make it up to us by cancelling out the next 2 payments.These people have done nothing for our credit as we now own and additonal 8 months of interset and fees in debt. They were trying to get out of debt, and this COMPANY has put them deeper into debt. I could never do this to my worst enemy, let alone to the clients they claim to have.
