The UAMD members are very much alive. New sellers don't rise to the top without help. The UAMD members have new selling accounts and shill bid their way to the top. Do detective work and figure out the UAMD members slash new sellers? They disguise the new accounts they still sell under their old UAMD account just not as much.
Creepyhollows forum is a joke .The lady claims to be Ebay's biggest seller. She sold hundreds of duplicates and enchanted pet treats. Pets got sick and buyers found out she purchased wholesale from Teeda. She whipped up a new story claiming she used teeda for her castings. The lady has bogus excuses for everything. Creepyhollows is a fake and her McDonald fan club following is a joke. Creepyhollows group of friends made it to her sellers you love group. The sellers she didn't like were crucified. Creepyhollows is a cunning woman without a heart.
Moonstar7spirits and starry1_night are sisters. Oops their secret is out. They have a shill bidding alliance with similar auctions that rotate. They recommend the other to their customers. starry1_night should put up a real picture of herself instead of the fake one of the pretty woman. Moonstar7spirits trashes sellers and buyers. Moonstar7spirits called a buyer retarded. Look it up under her feedback. Moonstar7spirits has mutually withdrawn feedback. She threatened the buyers to remove the negatives. Look back under her feedback. Moonstar7spirits claimed to be gay and had a gay site to get the gay community's business. She lied and would do anything for a fast buck.
Stacid33 former washed up metaphysical seller closed account uses one of her much older account she sold racing products check out her user ID history
Mystic_travels got busted buying off ebay and reselling for hundreds more four of her buyers left feedback with proof mystic_travels closed the account claiming it was hack I guess she never hear of changing the password another bogus excuse.
mother_elizabeth mystic_travels hauntedadventures chinagrl77 spell_bound_magick wintermournings were suspended for shill bidding in 2006 they formed the shill bidding UAMD alliance they have more than one selling account and shill bid away
Blessingsalways slash energytravels slash energytwinkles how many names does the seller have claims to be a Salem witch someone drop a house on the lady and steal her ruby slippers. If blessingsalways has that many names how many metaphysical accounts does she have? She's a scumbag.
2piratesbringutreasure admitted she hired a crack addict to help her with her auctions the apple doesn't fall far from the tree 2piratesbringutreasure sees the dead after one too many drinks
New sellers have joined the outrageous overpriced thieves. October, November, and December are busy months for the frauds on ebay. Keep your money in your pocket and buy from honest sellers who auction at fair market values. Bad luck, illnesses, and other trigger factors will happen when you buy from the worst of the worst greedy sellers. Life will turn into a mess after you buy from the top thirteen worse sellers? Stop buying from the greedy and purchase from the real metaphysical sellers at fair market value under $50. Watch for rebuttals. The top thirteen worse sellers pose under different names pretending to be supportive buyers defending themselves and their greedy actions.

I didn't go through it all because your website was HORRIBLE.

You need to be more professional and run a business AS A BUSINESS. It's simple and the only way any business will truly reach its potential and succeed to the maximum amount. You just keep on telling yourself that your website is of high quality when you can't even fix the mistakes in the prices of products that were previously sold. --- hey I have an idea on fixing those mistakes - how about you cast a spell to have them fixed?!?! I mean, a witch as powerful as yourself should be able to cast a simple spell that would allow you to correctly edit these numbers so it does not make you look like as much of a liar as it does with those numbers in there!
You might say that changing these things isn't important to you and not worth your time, but your website might be some customer's ONLY impression of your business. They might not take the time to contact you personally to ask about it, and they might not see this ROR. Now, taking that into consideration, your website should put off the BEST impression of you that it possibly can. Your presentation, design, and website accuracy is what will make a customer decide to "read more" or "x out of the window and find something else".
You might also respond by saying that only customers you want are the ones who feel drawn enough to your site to contact you directly or some other crap line like that. Well, I'm not buying that line of bull as every seller wants all of the customers they can get. The truth of the matter is that if you were so filthy rich that you didn't need the money from your website then you wouldn't have a website in the first place. You don't find millionaires (who also happen to be witches) selling their spell casting services online. Want to know why? Because they don't have to! Our economy is horrible, so if you were doing THAT WELL and cared about your customers that MUCH then you would be offering free or severely reduced-price services as a way help with the recession our country is in. I mean, if you are filthy rich then you don't need the money from the services you sell online, AND IF YOU AREN'T FILTHY RICH then you need this website to succeed and therefore customer service and presentation should be important. It's either one way or the other.
I'm done trying to educate you on basic business/customer service/logic issues. My main point was that your website is horrible and needs to be re-designed. I am computer savvy but not everyone else is. Make it more welcoming and easier for people who don't have computer skills to navigate around. Try improving your customer service by making sales and shipping a priority. Ask others how to keep yourself on track and make a list of things that NEED to get done every day so that you can stay focused on what should be done first.
I do not put older buyers first but I ship out the older ORDERS first. This is because they bought first.
No one makes you buy and I do clearly state my shipping time. As far as how I list my items I will continue to do them as I always have.
The 3 million dollar items I have explained and explained and explained and explained until I'm blue in the face. That too is on my website.
There are no 3 million dollar items and there never were. These are there from when I had to remove the sold items by hand. There is also a coding in there. I know I have already told you this before but I guess while educated you don't retain what you learn.
Bottom line, buy or don't. If you can't understand what I'm selling it is best not to even look.

After finding this report I did visit your website. I clicked on the "best ever griffins" offer first. You ramble on like crazy and it's hard for me to follow where you are going. (Please do not assume this is from lack of education, I have both a PHD and an MBA so I am quite smart). Honestly, your "day" review of shipping is ridiculous. IF you are a real and legitimate store then you should have shipping policies like a real and legitimate store. This is just GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES. No one wants to think that just because "Fang" has been shopping with you for a while that they are SOOOO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than others that it puts you behind 2 days right from the start.
You need to dedicate yourself to getting stuff out quickly as other metaphysical sellers will do this for their customers because they feel that ALL customers (both new and old) are important and don't just judge people's importance based on how much they have bought in the past. I expect that my product will be shipped out within 48 hours if I buy from a real store and the item is in stock. IF the item needs work on it before it can ship then the listing should CLEARLY state this so that the reader knows that htere will be a delay.
You should at least put a disclaimer such as "I know you want your items quickly, and sometimes I feel like shipping them quickly, but I will treat my past customers as a priority to you so you may have to wait DAYS until I get around to doing it." This is the message that your day to day explanation is sending so why not just spell it out exactly?
Also, with your sold items page, do you really expect people to believe that you have sold fruit for OVER 2 BILLION DOLLARS? From your sold page your business must mean that you are a billionaire. There are multiple items that have sold for $30+ million dollars!!! Wow, you must be so crazy rich!
Ps. You didn't even bother to edit your "refund policy" page or your "about us" information page. They both have the default text which tells the site owner (aka you) to replace it with their own descriptions). I find it hard to believe that someone would buy an item costing over $2 BILLION from a seller who doesn't even have a description of themselves.
I am NOT a competitor or a customer, just someone who looks on ROR for the scams since I purchase once in a while and want to make sure I'm not getting ripped off. I am just using my common sense on this one. I hope everyone else does too after reading this!

METAPHYSICAL SELLER ATTACK ALERT- LET THE TRUTH BE TOLD- CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG?
AUTHOR: Kat - (Europe)

The statements made in the above report regarding our eBay screen name spell_bound_magick are in no way true. I wanted to open the eyes of any readers of this nonsense. This is really not a complaint, but a negative and cruel attack against our business name and others who sell in the metaphysical category on eBay. Nothing stated here is true. Truth is incontrovertible, malice may attack it and ignorance may deride it, but, in the end, there it is.
Spell Bound Magick is a trademarked company that my Mother, Wendy, and I started in 1989, but our family has been in the metaphysical, paranormal, and spell casting field for over 70 years. Our Registered Trademark serial number is 77282231.
We have been ID Verified sellers (more proof that we are legit sellers) on eBay since 2005 when they started the metaphysical category to offer our magickal items worldwide without travel. I am proud to say that we have 100% feedback on eBay.
Spell Bound Magick are eBay PowerSellers and are proud members of eBay's VeRo program. eBay created the Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) Program so that intellectual property owners like Spell Bound Magick could easily report listings that infringe their rights. It is in eBay's interest to ensure that infringing items are removed from the site, as they erode buyer and seller trust. We joined VeRo to help stop the copycat sellers (who's name should be the ones listed in this statement.) that were stealing our wording and some went as far to steal our logo photo to make it there own.
This also makes me well aware of eBay seller policy.
Do your homework. Read feedback all the way to the beginning for the seller you are shopping with. Check your sellers ID historymany different names=funny games
Facts- We have NEVER been suspended for any reason, VeRo Members cannot have suspensions on file, and ANYONE who is caught shill bidding cannot hold PowerSeller status.
Price does not make or break the authenticity of magick. Sellers in all eBay categories use what is known as keywords to list their auctions. There are many programs that help you find words that most people search for any given item. The word most searched in the metaphysical category is Haunted so naturally it is used more. This is not used to trick anyone, just a marketing skill for a seller to use. eBay even sends sellers tips on how to use these words to help get your auction viewed.
The other false claim states we helped form the UAMDthis is also NOT TRUE. We requested to join the UAMD only months before they closed the doors due to drama such as this, from other sellers. We saw the UAMD were offering free education in the metaphysical category and offering group auctions for fund raising events through eBay's Mission Fish and we wanted to be a part of this.
I will be the first to tell anyone When in doubt, don't, but don't doubt what you do not know. If anyone has any questions regarding us or our work we can be reached at spellboundmagick.
I will leave you with this thought What people say, what people do, and what people say you do are entirely different things.
Blessed Be,
Kat
