I called their support and was told that the cap would be lifted at the 1st of the month.
Well... What a fool I was. I paid the bill and it is now the 1st. Guess what?!?!
Data cap not lifted!
I called tech support again and some Idian fellow told me to wait 24hrs as my cap was reset to zero and the system needs to update before my cap is listed!
I explained that I paid the bill before my due date and they are holding my usage hostage an additional day, and that is if what he was saying is true.
The tech support guy at Cricket told me he has had this problem with Cricket since the years he has worked there, in his very rude and demeaning tone of voice!
STAY AWAY FROM Cricket broadband!
You will be sorry!
