This is not the first time for me with cricket cell phone and now im really made i got a cell phone this would be the 5th or more i had to buy because they dont work. anyway i had the phone for 3-5 day then all and the side of the outer phone paint was worn as if we had the phone for years also would not hold a charge for more then 3 hr i went back to store to show the sale girl same one who sold us the phone what is happening she told me no refund and i payed for a cheep phone what did i want for 125.00 i was floored she refused any answer for our cheep phone that did not work and now had to get another phone i of course refused to do so i stop my service and went to another carrier the next day now paying for 2 more phone i think cricket is a biggggggggggggg ripoff and should be closed down for selling used cell phone as new in box looking as if they were never used there must be some law for this let me know im so mad.

If you have an issue with your phone, especially if it's because of it not charging or buttons not working, or the paint coming off, that's a MANUFACTURER'S issue and it's NOT necessarily Cricket's fault that a phone doesn't work. Why? Because Cricket doesn't manufacture cell phones.
I don't know exactly what to tell you other than STAY AWAY FROM CRICKET!! I don't know what it is with this company, but their customer service has gone down the toilet, especially in the last 3 years...
