Cricket claims to offer Unlimited Internet but when it gets close to your bill due date they will dramatically slow your service & even cutt it off. It was say connected but will not load web pages. They will not tell you this up front & I've had reps outright lie & say its unlimited! When you call to complain after going crazy thinking its your computer the techs will still try to have you do things to fix your computer! Finally they will admit that if you go over certain bandwith they slow it down or cut it off! Therefore it indeed is not unlimited & they are fasely advertising. Even better they cut it claiming you went over when in fact you haven't. When you argue the point they will just keep saying "I'm sorry our records show...". Something has to be done! Not only are they false advertising & highly misleading & shady, they are outright stealing service that has been paid for
