Cricket does a great job of making it easy to plac an order online, online chat, the works. However, if something goes wrong with the order, you are in a world of hurt! I am switching to Cricket from Verizon and Ordered a Huawei Mercury and Samsung Comment with applicable usage plans on 05/05/12. The phones were supposed to be sent overnight which means I should have seen the 05/08 or 05/09 since the day I ordered them was on a Saturday. When I didn't receive the phones by the 10th., I then attempted to use the online tracking tool but it would not accept the order number that was emailed to me. I called thier online order status line in India, and they couldn't see the order either and advised me to wait a day or two and call them back. On 05/12, I looked at the online order status tool and low and behold my order information was there saying the order was in progress. I called the order status line and they couldn't figure out what "pending" meant. Today, (05/14) out of frustration, I visited a Cricket Corporate store and they did try to help but couldn't find any more info that I had. Now, they charged my card $411 at the beginning of this process and and the folks t the store told me that if I haven't received the phones by the 17th, I should call my card company and dispute the charges!! I ask, is that any way to run a company? I am certainly not feeling to comfortable continuing to do business with them.

Last night I received an email from Cricket that my phones had shipped, don't know what happened to delay this order, but at least there may be some progress. I'll post a final resolution.
