Well we all get second and third and forth chances I mean I am over 43 haha and counting by Gods grace so my opinion is not just a random rant it is well balanced, consumers don't want any one treating them badly not saying kiss my a*s but is saying have a better working relationship with your clients a better understanding or get training if you don't these types of classes are every where. In any of our relationships friends, family, foes what ever it is the same way you don' t want to be disrespected, mistreated, a person can get used to abuse I have vowed not too, we consumers feel that same way about business deals when it comes to phones, homes, buying cars ect. People want to be treated with respect and left with dignity. this last episode of pay my bill with Cricket, which I feel should be a tv show by now. I felt all my dignity and self respect and trust had ben trampled on after ten years of service and you would even try to say I would steal someone elses credit card to pay my bill, its time to go your explained excuse is not good enough for me, I have paid my phone bill with my husbands card to many times also if your trying to force someone to go into the corperate office you can't its a choice but because of your bs I am gone making that kind of false statement just lost your client just the thought of them going there with me still hot under the color. My experience with Cricket in Houston TX has not been very well at all, however I examin the situation and forgive many days however when a person gets sick and tried of being sick and tired they leave. Crickect may not even care, but I care for me, my emotional well being, my health, and my family, and one thing is when the world doesn't care I have enough common sence to care for me and my family to protect them from undo stress and unhappiness, thats my job as a mother and a wife. I am the consumer. I am not used to abuse on any level and gettj g nasty attitudes from people at cricket, don't care attitudes, do what you want to lady attitude, because they don't fear lack of employment. At times I felt dealing with Cricket service reps my dignity had been trampled on from some of the individuals that answer their phones who don't know their butt holes from the hole in the ground meaning they have no understanding about life and people in it like me wanting to make a complaint after my last experience they took my money treated me poorly left me on hold for over 45 mins then the phone hangs up this is emotinal abuse. That machine who gives the promps which never ever lets you through ever I have had enough! you have to go into another part of cricket service to talk to someone if they feel like it they will help they will, if they don't you will have to call back, or they will transfer you back to the prompt machine you have been complaining about , your not even given the prompt number to talk to the department you need, I have had enough . I mean straight up mental and emotional abuse.
On the 27 th of December I went to pay my bill the prompt wouldn't allow me to make a bridge payment it said I couldn't and stated I owed more money than was due, not trusting it, I don't think any one would trust this mess, so I went through the normal thing of going into the prompt tech support to be able to talk to someone just couldn't get someone in bill pay prompt machine will not allow you. When I explained to her what was going on the prompt wouldn't allow me to pay a bridge pay she checked it and found that I could. She said there was nothing wrong with my service and I could make that bridge payment, even after telling her I tried that promt serval times and it wouldn't let me, she still insisted for me to call the prompt and try it again lazy, this is where the problem started, so I did as she asked again it did not let me so now I am having to call back I explained to her this would happen she wouldn't listen, didn't care I don't know what the problem was didn't want to be bothered. This happen on the 26th, she said call back if it did notwork then they would take payment them selfs. Now I am aggitated ready for a drink of beer because I still can't understand why I have to go through this when she was on the phone. Let me explain why I am paying over the phone this time, because of my experience when I went into the corperate office to pay my bill and I waited for 1 hour and some mins. just had gotten off work came in. there were a list of names I mean over 20 on the moniter, came in sat on that little bench with my bad back can't stand for long period of times not moving it hurts my back sat on that bench that is 4 inch wide it seems of less and feel asleep that is how long it took them to get to me, still poeple were coming in the door thought I saw a couple of names go up before mine name after I signed in, blew it off. If you go into the corperate office where I live in Houston TX and this side of town corperate office is located off 59 and bissonet you stand in long lines no seating two small benches doesn't make sense to be treated as such they don't care. What about the handicap, what about people with health issues, what about people period CEO if your car is comfortable and your home so should be my visit to your stores. Not unless your home is how your business is ran uncomfortable. Yes thats the thing if my home is clean your home will be also. People that fill up that store, so, by the time your name is called your up set one hour and so many mins later some people were in there two hours standing. You see upper management and others going into the back while the front of the store is full of people and they don't open a window and help they just walk around like they are gods and see all this going on and dont give a rats a*s about the client who pays their home bills by keeping thier service on through cricket. that manager said its none of our business what goes on in the back when I asked the security officer there well, I beg to differ when I am standing in line for over one hour, plus the security officers statement let me know Im not the only one who noticed him ridding the clock and abusing his power of authority and not being a good team leader when his team needs him he bails out sends all avalible staff to the back of the store behind closed doors and tells us to suffer more or less. I have seen this with my own two eyes people standing in line managment going in the back pretending to be busy walking around many people going into the back of the store, they have 2 to 3 people working with a room full of 20 or more people its a horrible two are trying to get bills paid for phones sell phones and one is trying to fix the problems people are having with phones and also sell the phones in a room of 20 and more people its not nice each individual has their own phone problems still more people are coming in that door. What I have noticed here in TX their clients are a lot of minorities plus poeple who may not have such good creidt, also low income poeple s the security officer stated thats all that gets these types of phone, I thought even if that was true does it give you a right or any one to take away their dignity, treat them as animals. I was ready to scratch that mans eyes out, but I didn't jut will leave this report, I get people to talk I am just that type of person. The security officer told me him self people have been so up set with that abusive situation they have encounteded in these stores of Cricket over the phone service they have even left went got a weapon and came back because they have been disrespected and felt that was the only way to correct it Cricket sits commissioned secuerity officers in their stores the managers telling them to shoot and kill clients on contact I was told by one of the commissioned security officers working in that store if a unarmed client aruges with custermer service Rep because of the mental abuse the client is suffering while waiting standing on their feet after getting off work, being with a loved one in the hosptial, any thing, there is no fast service at the corperate offices, your sent through mental and emotional abuse and that is the worse abuse than any one could suffer because no one can see it, it leaves a deep wound if any client argues and fights with service repts you are to shoot and kill I told that security officer don't let these people get you sent to prison you are not a police officer if a unarmed person starts to argue you call the police and assist as needed if they pull out a weapon then you do what you need to, but not a unarmed consumer you don't shoot them for arguing and if the service rep was smart she would get the manager and not argue back someone who can defuse the situation, they don't do whats right then you shot all up dead because you wanted to pay your bill. You pay your money to be abused by people who have no tools in client relations nor are not educated through their company on how to defuse angery client, they don't even get the manager who is trained they aruge back with the client do hateful things causing more issues to develop. So, I call back on the 27th up set mind you because I wasn't taken care of when I first called on the 26th. my husband a kind man said hey I will pay your phone bill in full I said okay thank you honey your the best, I didn't want to go into any of their stores or corperate offices and deal with that hot mess still trying to fix the issues that was not fixable until Cricket CEO says enough from his Reps this will continue until they get a better way of dealing with issues where the client is feeling the situation was delt with and the rept was delt with the abuse will continue I have met four great people in Cricket and remember each one.
So I way will pay my bill over the phone cant deal with that store mess Im thinking, well I learned my lesson didn't I, not all reps are like that, however you can deal with a Rep face to face who has a wall is up already nothing to do with you, its their mind frame and its not nice I am not at war with cricket but cricket seems to be at war with me, I say that because of the things I have suffered, when I called back the young lady said because of all the trouble I had been through they were going to wave the fee of five dollars to pay over the phone, so I am thinking okay I have someone who knows about client care five dollars is nothing however it was the thought that counted, she lead me to beleive she understood my frustration. I was greatful thanked her humble by her act of kindness little did I know, that was a front for the real mess getting ready to happen then I gave her our information over the phone now this is not the first time I paid with his creidt card or mine over the phone let me add, the mental game start the service rep starts jumping on and off the phone putting me hold on, she started acting crazy and off. started sounding accusing ect, turned from a nice girl into a problem, then I ask is there a problem, she starts being what I would call nicsty nice and nasty at the same time, she didn't answer then I asked in a firm voice, " is there a problem, " oh we have to send you to another number so they can get more information from your husband, I said in ten years you never had to have more information why now, so by now I am feeling like I have no control in my own situation, she gives me the number all along she keeps making these statements, no its a fee I said oh thats because of the plan we chose she said yeah! I didn't understand it was the five dollar fee she was talking about because I thought they waved it, we call the number, then they ask my husband to get on a secured line okay 10 years of service and now I need a secured line to pay my bill which was a bunch of bs, well the first young lady who transferred me sent the payment through , my husband has automatice updates with any thing on his account and as fast as they sent it through was as fast as he got the update, she first girl kept saying it won't go through my husband was saying it did, then they said you can go into the store, thats the second thing, you don't want to do your job make it hard for me so go into a store I will have to wait hours.
So now its saying the money was taken from the account, but because this lady knows im in the room with my husband spouts out some number to stop transaction which I should have let them bastards and went some where else, then saying we will not take payment and hung up the phone in my face and my husband, we are looking at each other in amazement, now the horns have come out of the top of my head but the account is showing that money was taken out, Cricket said we can't take the payment, but my husbands account shows they did so I call back and did as they asked however by now Im pissed off needing a drink and a couple of pills so I can relax and calm down just felt abused, knowing there is no one to go to but the attoney general , BBB, or Consumer Affaires because Cricket wont do crap to correct this behavior this horrassment these nasty attitudes taking peoples money out of their accounts then saying they didn't recive payment ect. I am ready to fight now. I needed my service because I have a life, I need my computer service these are the things we have phone and computer with cricket we have lives. I feel we were sent through undo stress and harrassed why so they could collect ther five dollar fee that was waved we ended up paying the fee that was waved, I don't know if this story is helpful to those who are looking for a phone service, internet service, but this story is true and correct. My complaint it true and correct that they add all these fees, they have all these dealers who open stores for Cricket call it cricket store, if your bill is 35 dollars if you go to their dealer you will end up paying 45 dollars 10.00 fee for using that dealer, then if you go into store your charged for using their corperate office store, then if you go online you are charged a fee, then if you use them over the phone you are charged a fee, the only way you are not charged a fee is if you used that automative service who adds two months of payment. I ask my self how am I to pay to used your service when I am paying bill to have your sercve no won't use that service for free couldn't afford for them to take two hundred dollars out of my account when I only had one hundred in the first place? I am not happy and I don't like to be abused in any way, I don't like undo stress and harrassment when I go to pay my bill, there are some people in the world not even seeing money for services rendered, Cricket is ungreatful they may have one to two good workers but cricket needs to make all their employees more accountable and give better service I don't know how much longer I am going to have their service I pray by the time my bill is up I will have another service I am looking, let me put it like this I pay this dollar amount 1200 a year . you wont miss me right away in ten years you will however it is time for me to pull out and search for happiness and I will find it. I am not sorry I am leaving. My husband has had his service for years never have I seen him go through what I have been through never have I seen his service cut off however cricket offers little to no help, no I would not tell a friend about cricket, I would't want any one else abused, I feel bad because cricket wasn't here until I said I am moving to TX. now we all suffering all that so I would have to pay a waved fee shame on you Cricket shame on you.
