Cricket Wireless Turned my phone of after 2 days in a Metro PCS city and then after the fact took my $37. Chula Vista, California

On September 29, 2008 Cricket entered into a 10 year roaming agreement with Metro PCS where Cricket cutomers would use Metro PCS towers when Cricket cutomers are roaming in Metro PCS cities such as Dallas and Miami and when roaming in Metro PCS cities it would not count as roaming it would be like being in a Cricket home city such as San Antonio. On September 10 I flew from San Antonio to Miami and 8 hours after I got there my Cricket phone shut down totally. Cricket said if I would send them $37 they would turn it back on-I did and they didn't.

Then Cricket said I had to pay .25 a minute to talk through flex bucket and if I wanted to have my phone turned back on I would have to go to a corporate store back in San Antonio. I called Cricket and told them to keep their !@#$%^&* phone and I went and bought a $14 phone from Verizon and ported my number over from Cricket and I did all this on the side of the road without a phone store. I filed with my credit card to get my $37 back and they said it will take about 8 weeks. Those slick Cricket adds in San Antonio and Austin say that all phone plans include free nationwide talk and text those adds do not say that if you go to a Metro PCS city for 2 days then Cricket will cut your phone off. Now I'm fighting to get the $37 Cricket bill back from my credit card.
