Cricket wireless Cricketcricket manger reps and supervisor calling me a liar. Internet

I called cricket.about my phone.i did pay insurance on my phone.in oct 3,2012.i wasnt a,wear that cricket removed my insurance.they did not have my permission.they said i didnt pay for it.which i did,basically cricket reps supervisors mangers.have called me a liar.privacy act fraud was done to by cricket.i had to ge really rude with them.i did pay the insurance on my phone.i do have manfactory warranty.george from cricket.manger said iam liar.i told him off.he said I export ur phone.i said do.i have cancer.8million dollar law suit in 2 yrs.

he sas I report ur number.i said do it.place back my inurance.he said no we cant do that.i said,the reps were calling me a,liar.mangers calling me a liar.they want to hurt me.rip me,off.oh how bad they want to replace my phone insurance.they,removed it with my conist.now iam planing & lawsuit on cricket.privacy act now fraud.iam a customer dying from cancer.karma.i heard (((competitor's name redacted))).doesnt lie,like cricket does to there customers.(((redacted))) doesnt take inurace off there customer phones.like crcket.has no head quaters office.consumer reports.stay far away from cricket.habitual liars.cricket is heartless.(((redacted))) number one.(((redacted))) rules.cricket see u in court.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
