I went into the Cricket store, on Nov. 20, 2011, because I was having problems with getting to the internet from my LG smart phone by cricket. It took them about 1 hour and 30 minutes, to call my name. When I was called, I explianned to the person that was handling my case, she said no problem she could take care of the situation.

She ran my account and found out that I was placed on a $45 dollar plan, from a 55 dallor plan because I was using the internet to much. This was not ture, however, I paid my last bill which was 60 dollars, if they knew that I was on a new 45 dallor plan, why would they take 63 dollars for my bill? Okay, fine, so they said that the remaining 15 dollars would go on my next bill, now I had recieved in the mail about a week before that I recieved this phone in the mail, the phone would not keep a charge, load my pictures, and cut off all the time. I was given a new/repaired phone, when i had paid 95 dollars for the one I had just brought in the store.

This new/repaired phone loaded my pictures and worked to my knowledge find, all my information was in the phone, great. However, when i walked away from the counter, I tried to make a call to my wife. The phone wouldn't not call out nor recieve calls in, I walked back to the counter. Another person tried to get the phone to work, but wouldn't work, they told me there was nothing they caould do, come back in a week. I stood and refused to leave, until someone, could help me with this situation. They told me to get back in line which was about number 15. When about 40 minutes had placed, I was called.

THe new person couldn't get the phone to work and told me there was nothing they could do to fix my problem, for me to come back in about a week. I told them how is it possible for some one to come into the store with phone service and leave out without phone service? They said there was nothing they could do. They said they could start my plain over, but I would have to paid!  They siad they could try another number in the phone and if that didn't work they don't know what i could do from that point. Wow! They put another number in the phone and it worked, but the way I was treated was wrong and unfair. Come to find out when I purchased the phone it will roam by itself to find service, so that is why it seem like I was on the internet alot. Not my fault.

I should have never been treated like that nor placed on a service that was not my fault.
