Cricket Huwaei Ripped off with bad phones and no honor on warranty loosing money, Internet
I even went out and bought a Huwaei ascend M860. After 2 hours on your stupid automated service. I was able to talk to Marget to tell me that this phone my old number can not be transfered because the phone is not available in my market. Now more time spend with out it. I'm loosing an average of $400 dollars a day. Because the phones are not working I lost a major promotion at work, because they could not reach me in time. So Im upset. and Looking for Legal assistance for a possible law suit, for not keeping and honoring your warranty, making me run around, and selling me a phone that doesnt work in my market.
I've done research I am planning to sue both cricket and huawei for breach of contract and warranty.Stress induced issues and so forth. If you do not think I have a case you are wrong. I have contacted http://www.ripoffreport.com/directory/cricket.aspx and well others have had the same issue with me. . I don't want anything free because i don't work that way. But because you have put me through this hell whole since the 12th (by the way I have my bank statements showing payments on the 12 of 35 dollars,
yet Cricket tells me that my number is inactive making me look far more incompetent). I want an upgraded phone with my phone number of 559736-1774., for Visalia California zipcode 93277. Doesnt have to be new it can be a refurbished smart phone with written warranty it will work fine, with a 2year service of talk, text and web included. I payed $120 for a phone that didnt work and another $80 for a phone that broke and was never fixed because of your red tape.
Let me know what you will do so i can start getting the FCC, FDA and BBB involved. I want this resolved by today not Monday but today, or you will be getting a call from Lawyer and join a class action lawsuit. Dont bother calling me or texting because I HAVE NO PHONE ALTHOUGH I HAVE ALREADY PAYED FOR SERVICE!!!!. WHAT WILL IT COST YOU TO KEEP A CUSTOMER HAPPY BY SIMPLY UPGRADING ONE OF YOUR BEST SMART PHONES WITH SERVICE FOR 2 YEARS FOR SOMEONE THAT IS WILLING TO GO INTO LITIGATION FOR YEARS?
I WOULD EXPECT THAT AS A RETAIL COMPANY YOU WILL DO WHAT IS BEST TO KEEP US HAPPY. I WORK FOR A MAJOR RETAIL VENDOR AND A COPY OF THIS EMAIL IS BEING SENT TO OR CEO, CFO, PRODUCT PRESIDENT. WITH THE AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS WE HAVE RECEIVED, I WILL MAKE IT A GOAL OF MINE THAT YOUR PRODUCTS AND PHONES ARE NO LONGER SOLD AND WE GO WITH METROPC, VERIZON, ATT, TMOBILE, BOOST ETC.
Please resolve this ass soon as possible. If nothing is heard or recieved by 5 pm pacific time, then you will get written notice of my attorney.
