Crisis Education advertises an ebook on how to build an aquaponics system for $7.00 and then they upsell a monthly subscription to a newsletter for $14.95 and if you take advantage of this they will include a bonus of free reports having to do with survival tactics. They claim that you are to be satisfied or you can receive your money back if not. After reading the reports I quickly found out that this is not at all about aquaponics and the bonus reports are basically worthless so I emailed support@crisiseducation requesting a cancellation of my order and to please refund my money. This transaction took place on 01-08-2014, I have not heard from crisiseducation. I did a search and have come to find out that they never respond to people's complaints nor refund any monies. they then dedit more money from bank accounts unauthorized. This is a bad company doing nothing but thieving from people. Do not do business with CrisisEducation nor Sam McCoy, if indeed this is his real name.
