Cross Country Bank Applied Card 4 years later i get another collection notice Boca Raton Florida

i got a card in the mail for $300.00 limit, i activated it, the next thing i know im over the limit, with late fees, they changed my due dates, they call me on sunday nites,arguing with me,telling me i'm acting like a child, i need to pay them money, they charged .80 cents to the card when i called them long distance from my home. they dont have an office like most banks do, just a p o box. they turned me in to a collection. i have settled with that company, probably 4 years ago. i keep getting letters from other collections. i'm not going to keep paying them. is there someone who can help me.
