Also when I was going through my paperwork I found a return receipt requested to a John B Pacanowski from the Cross Country Claims administration dated 2002 in Nov. I remember vaguely that it was about a class action suit and was wondering if anyone else knows about this and what was the result. Please advise?
Just a word of warning. Don't get involved with them if you can avoid them. They also go by the name of Applied Cards Systems. Be wary!!!
