I too, am also having harrassing phone calls, threats to do bodily harm, going to jail etc... I have also found out there is a class action suit against this company, but noone seems to have any information who to get in touch with! They are supposed to legally tell you but I'm sure everyone knows how much information this company will give!! (they have told me to shove the suit up my .ss!)

So heres the deal this company just charges any amounts they want and will increase your limit with a gold card, then charge ya without even telling you! They call all day and all night both at my job and at my home. They won't hang up on there end, so that you can't make any outgoing calls! They love to threaten you and yes they send you to the collection agency!! This is all news that everyone has heard about this company! But why is nothing done about it?

I contacted the BBB in Wilmington Delaware becuase yes folks Cross Country Bank is located there (not Florida). You know what the woman on the phone told me there is nothing she can do and stuck up for the bank! What a crock because the BBB in Florida knows about this company and wants them stopped!! I have watched my balance go upto twice the amount I charged on the card in a matter of 2 months! And when I told them I could send 1/2 of what they wanted actually more then half they told me no way!! So I said fine you will get nothing!! I filed with the consumer counsling agency and ccb renigged on their contract!! They are now being sued by another company!! I guess we are all looking for some kind of justice! But the question is where is it!!! utterly frustrated
