On June 12th, 2012 I called in to have my pool heater fixed. I was told a local service company would contact me. I was even given there telephone number. I never was called by the service company even thow I made two calls to them and left messages. Also, I called Total Protect Home Warranty about 6 times to get them to try and get the local service company to my house. Nothing ever happened. In fact I never got one call back from either company from the initial service request date of June 12th, 2012 through July 18th, 2012. I cancelled my service on July 18th.
I am very dissapointed and feel like I was ripped off. Do not do business with this company.
