Sometimes you have to lower yourself to the mentality of the lowlife you are dealing with. And, FYI..."Crystal Johnson" is NOT the real name of the collector. They do not give out real names. Only the "lawyers" are legally required to divulge accurate identification info.

The fax thing is real simple. You make 150 copies of your CEASE COMMUNICATIONS request under the FDCPA, or whatever the capacity is of the fax machine you are using, then about an hour after they close, pound every fax machine with your request. Then they cannot say they didn't get it.

They engage in harassment and intimidation on a daily basis, so it stands to reason that this is all they understand.

After I did this, I got a letter from Fred Hanna stating that my "file is closed" which means that he gave up!

And, NEVER sign anything that you send a debt collector, and never give any personal information that is not already on the collections letter. Give them NOTHING, and DENY EVERYTHING!

I can't find your posts on how you sent them all those faxes. I DON'T HAVE A FAX MACHINE but how does one send 150 faxes to these people?????

Fred Hanna is an IDIOT. If he actually knew anything, he would not be doing debt collections.

Pay special attention to how I pounded all of his fax machines with about 150 copies of my CEASE COMMUNICATIONS request every night as soon as they closed, thereby depleting his paper and toner and filling the memory!

Thats how you deal with this kind of lowlife. You have to temporarily lower yourself to their level to beat them.
