Crystal Medical Stealing my money!! Manchester, Nationwide

My reference is 317/121211. After 10x e-mail with no reply, I did send them a rude e-mail. Within 2 hours, I received a e-mail from Crystal Medical, informing me that I am not allowed to be rude to their staff members. Can you belief that!! I paid for a stand but I am not allowed to get upset when my order is not completed!!!!!
I send another e-mail and my complain and recieved and e-mail informing me that the stands are out stock and that China have their new year holiday and they will send my stand. Thats all!! All know that was 19th January 2012.
That was the last e-mail from them. They ignore my e-mails. The Aaron, I dealt with, e-mails have been returned, but the sales departments e-mails were received and opened.
I am not going to let them off the hook. They can't steal my money!!
I hope I will be able to stop them to steal other peoples money like they stolen mine.

POSTED: Thursday, December 20, 2012We did explain this to the customer, but this was met with unwarranted and vitriolic abuse. We did explain that we have a policy of non cooperation against abuse to our staff and would be happy to talk to this person if they treated our agents with the respect that they could expect from us.
This is a mistake on the customers part, but as a show of good faith, we will happily send out a stand free of charge if they customer is willing to pay for the shipping.
Stands are normally a 500 option and we feel that this is more than a generous offer and hope that the customer sees fit to be polite to our agents if they decide to take this offer up.
