I have purchased their blender,a factory refurbished one,model CB-p series,after a year of little use,on the 4th of July quit working,I wrote to the customer service address for this company,i just received a reply today,in which i was informed basically i was on my own,that i can send the base of the blender,but i will be charged for repairs,shipping both ways,and i was advised to insure the shipping....i will spend less money buying a better product from a different company instead.They failed to recognise that their product just worked for a year with little use!!,i feel i was ripped off big time!!
