Cupcake Intimates DOXY LINGERIE, CUPCAKE INTIMATES, owner Jennifer Lutke I ordered corsets on 12/30/09 after checking my account I noticed my card had been charged on 12/01/09. I emailed several times with no response. I am contacting the police department to press charges Creve Coeur, Missouri

I ordered items from "CUPCAKE INTIMATES" formally "DOXY LINGERIE" on 12/30/09, they charged my account for $114.50 on 12/02/09. I emailed them several times for a tracking number & email confirmation, but received no responce from cupcake intimates. I finally got one reply back stating that, I would receive a tracking number on Friday 12/11/09, I did NOT recieve the tracking number that day. I have sent over 10+ emails to this company with no responce.
The website clearly states that, "Your credit card will be billed only upon shipment of your order." MY ORDER WAS NEVER SHIPPED!!
I am contacting the police department tomorrow 12/14/09 and filing a fraud report, thereafter I will be contacting an attorney and filing a lawsuit against "Cupcake Intimates" something needs to be done about this fraud. These people are NOT going to get away with this. They should be ashamed of themselves taking money from people like this especially around the holidays and ESPECIALLY SINCE MY HUSBAND IS IN THE US MILITARY PROTECTING OUR COUNTRY and making sacrifices for all Americans even those who are shallow enough to do scams like this. I will make this my mission to see that no one else becomes a victim of this company and they are put out of business for GOOD!!!! There is absolutely no excuse for this!!!
