My order was a small purchase, but significant to me in meeting a project deadline. After getting an order confirmation and charge to my Visa on February 27, weeks went by without any product delivery. The websites on0line chat will always show "currently not available". Trying both phone numbers usually results in no answer or music. Email inquiries never get replied. I tried all of the above with absolutley no resolution, just promises that item will be shipped, that I'll get a shipment confirmation by email, that I'll get a call back within 30 minutes - all a bunch of crock! I've filed complaints with both the Miami Dade consumer bureau and Visa. Simply put, zero customer service and no follow-through on customer inquires or product delivery. Read other customer complaints and you'll see a company who doesn't care about anything other than taking your money and taking their good old time!
