I went to this location in particular due to it being close to my home. Initially, I went in for a repair on my laptop. After a week and a half to two weeks the technician finally called me back. Each time I called, he was not there. Repetitively, I attempted to gain information as to how much the replacement part would cost. After another week I was finally given a price. The motherboard cost more than what the computer was worth. Since I was low on money being a college student I purchased a refurbished laptop from them instead. Upon getting the laptop home I realized it did not have the ability to pick up a wireless connection. Alternatively I attempted a direct connection with the router and that did not work either. I took that replacement laptop back and they did not give me a refund even though a few days had gone by and I had my receipt. The only way I could get any money refunded was to purchase another laptop from them. A purchased a brand new HP from this place to only have the hard drive go out two months later! This laptop is horrible and I am now seeking another one! Of course, I will never go to this place again. The technicians are horrible! The return policy is horrid! Overall I am so dissatisfied with my service as a customer I don't even want to ride passed the place again!
