Custom Teleconnect Inc. CTI Phonecall aka: Future Inmates, have committed Wire Fraud Scam-Bank Fraud Scam-Interstate Commerce Scam-Non-Disclosure-Usury-Bait and Switch. Las Vegas, Nevada

On September 25, 2012, My Son left my store. The phone rung, but I didn't make it to the phone to answer it the first time. the 2nd time I got to the phone and to my surprise it was a collect call from my son. I had just dropped him off at the train station, 3 blocks away. Bewildered/fearful because my son has a cellphone? I was told that I had to (entered) my credit card info (charges were NEVER mentioned). In the real World collect calls are usually around $3-$6 bucks, right? Nope. Not in the World of Custom Teleconnect. You brush by one of their phones YOU PAY!
From my perch, I see wire fraud, interstate violations, eCommerce, credit card misuse with their carrier, also banking violation issues with whomever they bank with and Racketeering!
They just can't keep reimbursing good folks 75% of their deprived funds, just to keep from going to jail. I don't know about you, but I don't like being (inconvenience) every time I turn around by some sneaky Crook! Its gotten worst because of the economy.

A few days later while checking my bank account I noticed a suspicious entry. A address (used in the place of a name) After the address was a charge for $20.14. I contacted my bank. They couldn't tell me anything until it posted. (as of this day 9/28, it still hasn't posted). It has to post in order for me to contest it. When I checked today, along with the $20.14, was another entry. This time with their name written as Custom Tel. and a charge for $27.40! Same company, switching up (names). Contacted my Bank again. Same deal, it must post first. (I'm patient) I have up to 90 days to contest a charge. 

So after that frustration, I vented my anger to the FTC, Federal Trade Commission. We'll know some day if this operation has hit their radar yet. I don't see why they haven't, this outfit has been in operating since 2007 according to all the other complaints I have discovered on the Internet. The FTC 's number is 1-877-382-4357 EST.

I hate "Scammers" and "Crammers". This is the (perfect) reason "Regulations" are important.
Deregulation got our Country into this mess in the first place.
