It was for a call that was made from a local number that wasn't my own to different local number. Duration was 21 minutes.
My wife and I did not agree to a charge and am disputing the charge. Called the company's toll free number listed on the bill but they refused to help. Finally called AT&T and had them remove the charge and asked that the company bill me directly.
I will keep this posting updated.
