Purchased Desktop from Cyberpowerpc. Took a month to finally get the computer. Got it turned it on Neon fans spun Motherboard lit up and i got excited but long and behold monitor never came on. Tried several things finally gave up and called Tech support. Took several hours to finally get a hold of someone. (Mike ext 157 as i seen another complaint had talked to this guy)

Tech had me reseat memory and pop battery on Mobo. Then had me reseat the CPU. Nothing worked. At this point no real complaints except the computer did not work. Shipped it back to them for repairs. They had it one day and sent it back claiming they had fixed the problem. Was very excited thought i was finally gonna get to see what my new high end PC could do.

Turned it on Neon fans spun Motherboard lit up and i got excited but long and behold monitor never came on. Now i was unhappy. How can a pc go back for repairs and come back with the same problem? Needles to say it took me to days to get a hold of tech support and the guy was pissed i called about it again. I mean excuse me paid a lot of money for a foot stool.

Didin't mean to bore anyone with the details but wanted you to understand where i was coming from. End result luckily i was still in the thirty day range by one day so sent it back for a refund. (Thirty days starts from the day they ship it not the day ordered) Still gonna cost me 65 bucks to ship this foot stool back to them. So out 65 bucks waited a month and a half and have nothing to show for it.

Any company who can't repair there own product and then wants to charge you to ship it back to them for a refund is a ripoff. Tech support is horrible it seems they only know three things to fix a pc and if that doesn't work you have to send it back to them. Where they turn it on and watch the neon fans spin and the motherboard light up and say well it's fixed. Thank you Cyberpowerpc would sue there as$es if it was really worth it over 65 bucks
