They determined that the problem was the motherboard so I had two options either one ship the whole thing back and they would fix it but it would take 2-3 weeks or ship out a motherboard and i replace it myself and that would take 5 business days for them to do it plus shipping time. Well I didn't feel like waiting I went out and bought the exact same motherboard (which was a gigabyte) and replaced it that same day. That wasn't the problem so after talking with them and there managers I decided to return the product for a full refund. Now keep in mind I've paid $49 for them to build it faster $99 to ship it faster and now another $70 to ship it back to them which they wont refund. They say it will take 5-10 business days for me to get my refund from the day they get it that's fine with me.
It had been 6 business days since they got it so i decided to see what the status was on it just for the heck of it. Well apparently someone was supposed to call me 2 days prior to the day I called and never did and I find out my refund is on hold because supposedly the CPU is damaged I tell them well maybe it was the company that shipped it out cause when I had it everything was fine besides what you guys had already messed up and I took pictures of everything before I sent it out anyway. They asked me to send them the pictures so I did after about 3 hours of them supposedly not getting them they finally did and I asked how long it would take for me to get my refund and there reply to that was well we have to look over everything fully and determine if we are going to keep the money for the CPU or refund it. So again I ask how long after back and forth arguing there response to me is that the CPU they have and the CPU picture I sent them doesn't match up the markings are different and I have to wait for them to process it cause its under review but its not looking good.
So after everything and about 2 weeks later from me sending the computer out and they still haven't processed it and they won't pay me for the shipping and the CPU I'm out $435 and still have to wait almost 2-3 weeks for them to send it out to me.
