I had ordered a family logger from this company that included the use on 3 computers. I then went to start installing on the computers just to find out I could only install on 1 computer. I then was annoyed and wrote a complaint to the company saying if this is what I am suppose to expect from the company I will expect to be refunded if they cant fix the problem. Later I get a reply saying I am refunded we dont want your business. Me not clearly reading the email thinking since it also says in a few hours they would be ok reply and apologize for being snippy but I have been through this before. I get a letter back saying again you were refunded we dont want your business. So very annoyed instead of helping wrote back a bit nastier saying I am going to write a review saying how disappointing this company is and how I felt it was a scam. They then reply how I am uneducated because I was a bit nasty, basically pushing for a letter to be told off. I cant say I didnt tell him (no physical threats obviously) , I did. After that he sends me an email saying how he has sued others for posting reviews and won and how it can be read in Forbes. Then he sent another mail saying how he has saved my IP address and card info. I told him I dont like being threatened and that I was going to contact my bank and have my card on watch since through the emails so far he has now been just as rude and now threatening law suits and having all my info on his computer and that I was going to block him. I then went on looking for a more reliable company.
After checking for the new company and buying their product I now have to go back to my email only to have 2 more emails from this guy. 1 which he is calling me names saying he has to keep my card info and the next saying he has added my card to a internet watch list and that it is now black listed meaning essential I can no longer make any purchases online with my card. I still have not replied and saved mails.
